Refund policy
Our promise
We want you to be happy with your Kahoo order. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below. Nothing in this policy affects the statutory consumer rights you're entitled to under applicable law.
Apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, joggers): Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with any original tags attached.
Hand Guardian: For health and hygiene reasons, the Hand Guardian can only be returned if it is unused and in its original, unopened/sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken or the item has been used, it can't be returned unless it's faulty.
If something's wrong, it's on us: If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover everything - your choice of a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we cover return postage. Just email us within 30 days with a photo of the issue.
How to start a return
Email connect@kahoo.ca with your order number and the reason. We'll send simple instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back so we can make sure your return is processed smoothly.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know it's approved (we aim to do this within 2 business days of it arriving). Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and most banks post the funds within 5-10 business days. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items we refund all shipping too; for change-of-mind returns, original shipping and return postage are the customer's responsibility.
