Pre-orders: Some items are sold on a pre-order basis with an estimated shipping timeline that may change. If we can't fulfil a pre-order, you're entitled to a full refund.

Products & pricing: Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without notice. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before charging or shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, and if we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Returns & refunds: Governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
